Tequesta Country Club Homes

Tequesta Country Club

Tequesta Country Club homes are located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood on the Loxahatchee River in Tequesta, Florida. Occupying an area of 350 acres, the community consists of 600 single-family detached residential homes that feature garden, golf course, or water views.

The community was mostly founded by Charles Martyn who first developed the golf course and later the areas surrounding it. While some of the houses built by Martyn in the late 1950s have already been replaced by modern estates, there are still plenty of the original, Old-Florida style homes available for sale.

Tequesta Country Club homes for sale range from two-bedroom to five-bedroom houses that occupy half-acre lots. Home sizes range from 1,920 square feet to 5,191 square feet of air conditioned living space. Many of these homes feature CBS construction and include amenities such as private pools and boat docks.

The community does not have a central swimming pool but it has three small parks, a few tennis courts, a fishing pier, and a boat ramp. For golf enthusiasts, the private club features an 18-hole Dick Wilson golf course, a Sports Lounge, and a Grill Room. Full membership in the country club is warmly extended to non-residents and flexible membership plans for both residents and non-residents are available.

Tequesta Country Club real estate is a haven for anyone who prefers a relaxed community with a small town feel. And with all the A-rated public schools such as Limestone Creek Elementary and Jupiter Middle and High School nearby, the community becomes especially ideal for families with young children.

Ideally located, the Florida waterfront and golf community is just a short distance to local beaches, the Jupiter Lighthouse, Jupiter Inlet and a host of dining and entertainment venues.
